eruvadhrilYarrrrr! It be International Talk Like a Pirate Day! However, I'm crap at talking like a pirate, so have a picture of pirate!Tim Curry instead.
(In searching for this picture, I discovered that Tim Curry was also in another pirate movie called "Pirates of the Plain". His character's name was Captian Jack. Heeee.)
I went to the City, looking for "Making Money", but none of the bookshops had it yet, not even Borders. They all said it was due out in October. Stupid geography. I even went to that little Sci-Fi-and-Fantasy bookshop down Shufto Lane, and they said that they'd ordered some, and didn't know why they hadn't been delivered yet, as it came out today in the UK. Take note, non-specialist bookshops. Anyway, I eventually thought "bugger it" and ordered it off eBay. Including postage, it cost me the same amount as if I'd bought it from the shop anyway, and this way I only have to wait about a week for it to arrive.
