Writer's Block: Are you incentivized?

A few that everyone use all the time at work:
1) "Flick me/you/him/her an email". IT'S SEND. YOU SEND AN EMAIL. FLICKING IS NOT INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS AT ANY POINT.
2) "Touch base", a phrase which here means "check on a person's progress in a specific task". The part that annoys me is that it is often completely extraneous to the sentence in which it appears. "How's Jane getting on with that customer?" "I'll touch base with her and find out." Why not just "I'll find out"? Gah.
3) Incorrect use of myself/yourself/himself/herself. Danielle's Grammar Lesson Of The Day: Only you can do things to yourself, only I can do things to myself, and only she can do things to herself. I cannot check the details with yourself, and she cannot send the documents to myself. She can, however, cc herself into the email.
