They're making Erica's class read Animal Farm. They'll probably show them the movie, too. The movie was disturbing and changed the end of the book, because at the end of the movie the animals bashed the house down and trampled the pigs, or something.

Hey, I was reading Tomorrow, When the War Began, and they have a Mister Underhill! He was one of the ones that they are told was killed during the invasion. In Lord of the Rings, wasn't Mister Underhill a hobbit from Staddle or Straddle or whatever it was called, who was killed during the ruffian 'invasion'?

Animal Farm...huh. That book was kinda disturbing. Not as bad as 1984, though, which I liked even though it was creepy.
