You know you've eaten too much cheesecake before bed when you doze off and have a dream about Paul McGann and Russell T Davies arguing vehemently about whether or not Paul will come within ten feet of, let alone wear, The Wig in the upcoming multi-Doctor Christmas special. Said Christmas special also apparently involves some very complex choreography in the dance/battle scene between the Daleks and those Gondorian tower guards with the daft helmets who guard the tree all day. Then Faramir turns up, and says he'll fight Paul McGann, and if he wins, Paul has to wear the wig. This fight means that Paul has to get a sword and, by extension, has to wear his full Hornblower costume. After the costume change, some woman points out that, if Paul's hair is long enough to be put into that ponytail thing, it's probably long enough to be able to do without The Wig. We assume that his loathing of The Wig caused a Harry Potter-esque spontaneous hair growth during his costume change. At this point I wake up.
