They've certainly improved the Slitheen animation and suits. The feet look really different, somehow. And baby!Slitheen, yay! Although, he wouldn't have needed to be compressed. If anything, he would have been stretched.

Awww, Luke is gorgeous. So is Sarah Jane, trying to be a mum.
