I just saw Shrek 2!

eruvadhrilYAY THERE WAS A LORD OF THE RINGS REFERENCE I AM SO HAPPY!!! They had a bunch of dwarves forging this ring for Shrek, and they picked it out of the fire and passed it to Shrek, and Shrek was throwing it around because it was hot, and it flew into the air and flipped around in slow motion, and Fiona put her hand up and it fell onto her finger! And then letters came up on it saying "I love you" in this Tolkien-y font! *dances* Yay for the LotR-ness!
Movie is pretty good. Fiona gets a Bichon Frise, like my dog! Yay! and they pronounce it Fris-AY, not freeze. YAY!
And Julie Andrews and John Cleese are in it! and... erm... Antonio Banderas! and... the little mutant donkey/dragon children! And the easily recognisable and amusing bits taken out of other movies! and that's about it. I can't remember all of Donkey's one-liners, sorry.
