eruvadhrilI wanna go to a castle. We're in England, for God's sake. There's castles galore. And I wanna make a sword. I found a thingie on councilofelrond.com but I still need wood and foam and duct tape. I wanna go to Camelot. Titangel castle or whatever it's called. We usually go shopping every day, which is all well and good except that we're doing it to fill in time, so by the time we're sick of it it's only one in the afternoon and there's nothing to do for the rest of the day. It can get really boring, especially when I have no money. And I wanna do archery. And ride a horse. They have horseriding at Saint Mary's, so I'm signing up as soon as we get there. I hope I'm not too far behind in French.
I got slime today. Erica got a make-your-own-slime kit in her science magazine so Katrina and I got a tub each from the hair accessories shop when she needed some navy blue hair lackies for school. Go figure why they sell slime in this shop.
We got our uniforms. Kilts (essentially skirts but they call them kilts) with blue checks on them, navy blue stockings, black flat-heeled shoes, button-up-to-the-neck long-sleeved blue shirt with blue-and-yellow tie because I'm in the yellow house called Kirk (we wanted to be in Butler because mum's maiden name was Butler, and because it was blue), blue jumper, blue blazer. Only jewelery allowed is one pair of sleepers or studs, and a religious emblem on a necklace. I don't know if they count a watch as jewelery. Although I only have to wear the uniform for two more terms, then I can wear whatever the hell I want. Someone find me a legit religious reason for me to wear a ring on a chain. If there are no Tolkien fans in this school, I'm gonna explode. I REALLY need conversations that don't involve The Simpsons or are composed entirely of quotes from various movies. Or Mum bitching. She's doing that alot lately.
