Feb. 23rd, 2005 12:41 amWe woke up this morning and the ground was BLANKETED in snow! It was COMPLETELY white! We went out and threw snowballs at each other!
Yeah. Erm, I have physics. And English. I have to write an essay about myself, so they can see how shithouse I am at writing essays. That's not a good idea, because 1) I know heaps about my own life, as opposed to 'what is the writer trying to symbolise by making the leaves on this tree green' or whatever, and 2) I have no time limit or anything, and I don't know the kind of time limits they give for essays, in-class essays, here. At least it's easier than the rest of the class's essay that they've been working on for the past month, they have to do something on the Tsunami, and 'have we given enough to charity?' That's not english, that's philosophy. I think. I get images of answers like "We shall never have truly given enough while there is still inequality in the world, bullshit bullshit bullshit..." We're actually reading Pride and Prejudice, i.e. teacher talks about the chapter for the whole lesson, and we may watch part of the TV series with Yummy Colin Firth.
Ok, I'm off. Bye, all. NOBODY EXPECTS THE SPANISH INQUISITION!
